1. Delivery Timelines

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Peshawar): 2 to 3 Working Days.
• Other Cities & Suburban Regions: 3 to 4 Working Days.
• Remote & Far-Flung Areas: 4 to 6 Working Days.

3. Order Verification Call

To ensure fraud prevention and prevent failed deliveries, our customer service representative may contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp to verify your complete delivery address and contact number prior to parcel dispatch.

4. Parcel Tracking

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, an automated Tracking Number is generated and provided to you via SMS / WhatsApp. You can track your parcel anytime on the courier’s official tracking portal or via our Track Your Order page.

5. Open Parcel Inspection (Couriers Policy)

In accordance with standard courier policies across Pakistan, riders are not authorized to allow opening the security flyer before cash collection. However, Blue Idea Healthcare provides a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee. If you find any damage or malfunction upon opening the parcel, you are fully covered under our Refund & Return Policy.
