Blue Idea Healthcare provides personal health gadgets, wellness devices, and home physiotherapy massagers. These products are intended for relaxation, muscle recovery, and personal wellness and do not replace professional clinical medical treatment by licensed physicians.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / ₨).
- We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors or adjust promotional discounts without prior notice.
- An order is considered confirmed once verified through our automated system or via customer phone/WhatsApp verification.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Commitment
When you select Cash on Delivery, you enter into a binding agreement to accept the parcel and pay the agreed invoice amount to the courier rider upon delivery. Deliberate parcel refusals without legitimate cause impact logistics costs and may result in the customer’s phone number and address being blacklisted from future orders across our network.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, website layouts, product descriptions, and graphic banners published on Blue Idea Healthcare are the property of Blue Idea Healthcare and may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Blue Idea Healthcare shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper usage, unauthorized electrical alterations, or failure to follow manufacturer instructional guides provided with the devices.
